Mark Little began his apprenticeship in 1994, by 1997 he had achieved apprentice of the year for both the Gordon Institute of Tafe and the Master Builders Association of Victoria.

In 1998 Mark was awarded the Geelong section Best Overall Apprentice in Carpentry and the Florence M Taylor medallion for his efforts in the community. By the end of 1998 Mark was running his own company.

Over the next twelve years Mark has had a wide variety of experience from Melbourne commercial high rise, to architecturally designed homes.

Mark currently sits on the committee of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, Geelong section.

The Little family roots in Torquay date right back to 1963 when they first moved down from Bendigo (Mark’s grandfather was a local painter).

We are ‘Registered Building Practitioners’.

The first question that you should ALWAYS ask!
Builders must be registered with the Building Practitioners Board and have a formal written contract for most domestic work over $5000.
Builders completing work valued at over $12,000 must take out Builders Warranty Insurance and will generally have a registration beginning with DB-U (go to- www.buildingcommission.com.au to find an RBP).

We can now offer assistance in getting plans drawn up & engineering, so that there is no need to deal with 3 different people, we can be your primary source.
